Dr. Hyjek had his own personal experience with Decompression and Class IV laser in 2015 he had L4-L5 disc herniation on the left. He started out with Chiropractic adjustments for the 1st 2 weeks and felt better but continued to work at the office, so he was not progressing forward. He sought a chiropractor who specialized in decompression and laser therapy. After the 1st visit, he purchased a Class IV laser and spinal decompression machines for the office. Both laser and decompression afforded his body the energy and spinal unloading which allowed him to get back to preinjury status!
“Dr. Pete” Gratale is a chiropractor and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is a veteran of over 300 episodes of health and fitness programming with thousands of national and international broadcasts on ESPN’s BodyShaping, Lee Haney Championship Workout and Flex Magazine Workout.
Dr. Pete is director of Energy Chiropractic & Pilates, a private healthcare and fitness facility in Teaneck New Jersey for over 30 years. He has received the Chiropractor of the Year Award by the International Chiropractors Association (ICA) and the Pioneer of Fitness Education Award by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
As former President of the ICA’s Council on Fitness and Sports Health Science, he was responsible for producing the annual Arnold Symposium on Natural Fitness & Sports as well as the annual ChiroAthletica at The Lee Haney Games.
He has also produced numerous PowerCentering exercise DVDs and Chiro-Dojo online video fitness tips and his YouTube channel has over 1.5 million views.
